Wow, this was a totally random pose to begin with and I feared the head was too small but it looks ok with colour. I mostly watched my Space Ghost Coast to Coast volume 2 DVDs while I drew this, hence the name. Moltor was Moltar's original name. I was gunna call him Lava but I thought Moltor was better.
He has spots! The last Dreikon I did, Frost was supposed to have spots but I forgot them so I gave them to Moltor instead.
I'm not entirely happy with the tail. Its supposed to be pale and ashy and it is but somehow the paler they are the less effect they have.

He’s really cute! I love the somewhat inquisitive facial expression he has, though it does kind of look like he’s just spotted some rather interesting prey ... eep! The spots work great on him! Reminds me of a cheetah and he’s got that lean body to go with them as well. I think the smaller head works with him, it’s just another body type .. Gives more variation to the species. I really like the background design for this one, it really suits his pose.

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "Thank you! This is the first one I’ve drawn facing forwards, he looks rather catlike in his face. I was completely lost for a pose so I’m not so proud of him as with the others since I made him up as I went along pose wise. He was the first one I gave markings to!"

I do think "Moltor" is a better name than "Lava." You still get the idea but it’s a more original name. The head looks just a tad small for the body, otherwise, it’s awesome.

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "Thank you! I agree, the name goes well. Yes it s a shame about the head but it doesn’t look too bad."

he does look like a "Moltor" but his head is to small in comparation with the rest of the body, while the style and draw is the same as the others, meaning good and cool looking 2 but you could do better with the shadings 2 they looks kinda off to me 16

hehe, I love how it looks like you caught him in mid spring! He seems to have a playful, mischievous side to him. I really like this one.

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "Thank you! Yes I tried to add some movement to this one."

Haha, the head does look extremely small, the wings remind me of a bat and the head

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "Yeah I don’t like this one as much as the others because the head is too small."

I’m not trying to be mean or anything, but that Dragomir person is a loser!!! (ok I guess that I am being mean) 12 I’ve read all of his comments on your artwork and the shading is not off or weird at all, I just love your style of shading and it makes the pictures look so real. Have you gone to his page and seen his artwork?? I think that he is not very good at drawing and I don’t like his shading. 10 I better stop talking before I get in trouble. 12 Anyways, I really like this one, the coloring is just amazing and I like it how you gave him a cat head. ^^

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "When I went to his page he didn’t have artwork but I see he does now. I agree, I see nothing wrong with the shading and I worked hard on it, hence why I didn’t reply. I can see errors in my own work. But people see things differently I guess. I’m glad you like them anyway, the shading is what makes me proud of my work, that’s the biggest improvement with these."

Ya, I guessed that was why you didn’t reply. ^^ To me, I like pictures with bright colors and when there is much detail in it. I don’t really care about the anatomy being right or anything like that. But people do think differently of what artwork is.

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "That’s true. Its just what’s pleasing to the eye that I like."

he looks like he might fall over if he stands like that much longer *me tries to stand in that pose and falls onto the floor* i fall over

:-) Lara Laro Ryan replies: "Lol! I think he’s in mid jump XD"
