| 25 Aug 2005 | Tarbuckc | Loading...Hullo there, you dropped by my gallery and I thought I'd return the favour. Your artwork is very stylised, which I think can be a good thing but also sometimes can be a bad thing. You're lucky yours is a good thing! You have very clean line works and original ideas, it's great that you're not afraid to fiddle about to make something unique (like in the "a terrible goddess" picture, where you make the guy's hand see-through) it's something you don't always see too often in the Woods, so kudos to you! Also, thanks for your comments in my gallery again, it's the first real criticism I've had in a while. Byeee! =^.^= Roxanne Nelson replies: "Well, I try to give the kind of comments I would like to receive... when it's possible. And when it's asked! Thanks for your comments on my style, even if sometimes I'm bored of some pics with so few details, I see that many people like them because it's clear! I think that the only fact that many of my pics are black and white makes them look clearer. Anyway, thanks for answering back, it's always a pleasure to receive comments from polite and kind people! (by the way, it's not a guy but a girl, a goddess, in "a terrible goddess". Just to notice, it's probably just a spelling mistake.)" | |
| 26 Sep 2005 | Candace Elise Hoes | Loading...Hey! I thought I'd pop by because you left me such a lovely comment in my gallery ^^; You have a -lot- of neat work here. It's just like wow, so much! Lol, I only wish some of them were a little bigger so I can see them better. Roxanne Nelson replies: "Well, thank you for comming here! For their size, I don't know what I can do... just get closer from your screen... in fact, a lot of them are 2x bigger than the original!" | |
| 29 Sep 2005 | Ali DG Gir | Loading...Hey! Thanks for stopping by my gallery, it was starting to collect dust. You draw very well! I can't draw any kind of person for the life of me *gag* And French, I can understand it and speak it so that people understand, but it's really attrocious. Bwahaha, that's what I get for living by Quebec, eh? Keep up the awesome art. Roxanne Nelson replies: "What do you have against the French in Québec?... oh... well... better not to talk about it... Thanks for comming here!" | |
| 30 Sep 2005 | Lindsay Gordon | Loading...You have such a nice little gallery here. I love how much variety you have in your work. The stylized work looks great, but a little flat. A little more shading or perhaps more dramatic shading might help with that. Anyways I love all the clothing design you do too. Roxanne Nelson replies: "Thanks for your comments and advice! I'm working very hard to make it look less flat and with better proportions... but it's hard to add shading to a black-and-white pic... anyway, I'm trying something new by now, let's see what it will give. I'm glad you like the clothing design I do... because I always find it so hard to imagine... Thanks again for comming here!" | |
| 1 Oct 2005 | Ali DG Gir | Loading...Aw, I have nothing against the French ^^ Half my family is French. I just mean I have a hard time speaking it =P Roxanne Nelson replies: "Of course you are at least half-French, with a name like Giroux... I know French is not an easy languauge, but... it's like in any other thing you have to learn..." | |

| 17 Nov 2005 | Candace Elise Hoes | Loading...You have so much work here it almost makes my head spin, haha~ Thanks for coming by my gallery, though. You work very well in black ink, it makes me wonder if you've ever considered pursuing a career in comic book illustration. Roxanne Nelson replies: "Well, I'm more considerating a carrer in writing these stories than illustrating them, but even if it's not a carrer, I always do it too. Seeing my own characters drawn, it's always good." | |
