SciFi and Fantasy Art Raging Battle by Benjamin A. Simon

Here we see a couragous and gallant paladin facing off against a loathsome red dragon. The proportions on this picture took me awhile, but the rest really wasn't that hard. Dragons are simple to draw from behind. I added some magical balls floating around the paladin's hammer for extra fantasy appeal. The entire picture is a circular loop, keeping your eyes in constant swirling motion around the picture, helping you to see everything there is. I posted this to show that I am also good with action poses. But who will strike first in the picture? The paladin is in full swing, but that dragon has perfect aim for a perfect burst of fire from its red hot mandibles. So you decide, who strikes first?

Perfectly lined up shot huh? Maybe the knight attacked too suddenly. It's a pretty even odd either way."

14 Feb 2008	The bad commenting person killer	Loading... WOW guys.. stop arguing and criticizing over stupid things. Why should the dragon be opening his mouth? First, maybe he’s a stupid dragon. Second, maybe he is ready to shoot flames. Third, i don’t know if this is true for all dragons, but they can shoot flame out of their nostrils. Fourth, maybe he will doge away quickly.
7 Jul 2009	James smith	Loading... well,....screw the arguing thats a really nice style!!! love it!!! i think maybe (to add good efect)the dragon breaths his fire,but the paladin skillfully rolls in mid-air,dodges, and......... SPLATTERZZZZZ THE DRAGONSZZZ BRAINSZZ OUT!!!!!
