The "Wanted" poster is a nice touch, and I particularly like how you did his coat, too. Now for the constructive criticism--his ear seems odd, as though it needs more body on the top and less at the bottom. One eyebrow is thicker than the other, and I'm not sure about this one, but isn't his hair supposed to be straighter and taller? You have a nice start with this--perhaps you could touch it up and then colour it? And now, for the fish-slapping first comment dance.  K.
