| 5 Jan 2004 | Stefan | Your stuff is great! The pictures are full of imagination and clever moves. Don´t be shy though, use more colour and lesss lined paper, haha. I like the cool STYLE on ´Angel in the Underworld´ particularly. Siv June Hebnes replies: "Thank´s a lot! It´s been a time since last time I draw something, but I´ll try to use colors and unlined paper next time " | |
| 7 Jan 2004 | Dag V Øvergaard | You got some nice pictures, allright.... Why do you hate antikrist O_O? i love that song Siv June Hebnes replies: "Thanks..Why I hate antikrist? Well, I don´t like any song that have a text that says: "Hogg hode av en kristen og voldta hans kvinner og barn" (in english, for people who don´t know the language of the vikings: "Cut the head of a christian, and rape his women and children"), or any other stuff like that. (Nothing to say if it is about christians or other people...)" | |
| 20 Mar 2004 | ~Miz!~ | I must say if I were to judge your age by your art work I would say um..... probly like 11 years old..Well..Bubye Siv June Hebnes replies: "And if I were to judge your age by your comment, I would say um... Like 7 or something? And if I should judge your age by your spelling, I would have to say 10. What do you get out of writing comments like this anyway? " | |
| 25 Mar 2004 | Jeanette 'Mus' deBoer | You've got a great start to a gallery here and you seem to be really digging in to your talent. For a few over all statements, I love your backgrounds! Just the fact that you can include backgrounds without drawing away from the original focus of the drawing is great. Your figures need some practice just to get a natural flow into them. Don't worry about getting them perfect, just try to find your style and work at it. Eventually, they'll start to look more natural and less stiff as you draw more. Also, don't be afraid to look at other people's stuff and 'copy' their style. Something that really helped me with figures is copying directly from pictures, trying to capture every little detail, proportion and touch. National Geographics are good for this. Keep drawing and never give up, even when commenters like '~Miz!~' come to bug you! Siv June Hebnes replies: "Thanks a lot for a very nice and constructive comment! I'm going to work with some copying of pictures when I have the time! I wont give up! People like Miz are just foolish! " | |
| 8 May 2004 | Helen Elizabeth Askew | I really like your gallery, you've go some fantastic work here. I particulrly like "The Sun" and "Fairy of Fire" but they're all great. Keep the brill work rolling in! *Sunflower* Siv June Hebnes replies: "Thank you for your nice comments! " | |
| 6 Jul 2004 | Blah | Kinda rough like a kindergartiners work but in a couple years of practice and sdtudying anatomy you'll be as good as me............And just a tip, don't use lined paper! Siv June Hebnes replies: "Yeah, I try to practise as often as possible... And I know about the lined paper..... Just a bad habit! " | |
