Dragontear is a Dark Elven Wizard and he's with his mount Moonthorn..a unicorn mare.

No, Dragontear is not a drow, so don't tell me his skin isn't dark enough. :) Actually he's the only dark elf on my world with light hair the rest all have dark hair. His hair is supposed to be silver...it looks white but it's silver trust me. Where's his bottom half? Er...well..I don't do clothing well and it was late and I didn't feel like drawing it.

I was very proud of his hands...but they lost alot of detail when I scanned it. I'm very creative with backgrounds if you can't tell...(which is my way of saying I can't draw a landscape to save my life, believe me I've tried). Dragontear is supposed to look sad, you see he lost the love of his life and hasn't really ever recovered.

Due to popular demand I made this picture bigger. Since I used the original to make it bigger it looks alot sharper than it did before. :) Sorry about the copyright notices, talk to the people who like to steal other people's hard work and distribute it as free clipart.

6 Jan 2003	Elizabeth A. Smith	Loading... Wow...He is the perfect color for a dark elf..And im stealing that color for my haldf drow..Is it ok with him..I mean i dont want to steal his skin color... Samantha Kroese replies: "Thanks for the comment, I don't think he'll mind if you 'borrow' his skin color for your half drow. It's his hair he'd be upset about! grins I wanted my dark elves to be different then the black skin of the drows, so this is the skin color I ended up with. "

One of my favorite pics in your gallery...lovely feel to this piece, great job on the torso, but hands are too small for the body and unicorn could use some blending to soften his lines, as well as texture to his mane. This piece would also benefit from use of shadow and highlights, after you choose your light source...this piece may have two...the horn and the light to the left side...tricky to use two sources.
