Motive from Silmarillion, this scene is not exactly written in the book, but I think it should happen, because that large injury must be dressed and fixed as fast as possible.

As I said, studying medicine does awful things with people.

Done in pencil, finished in Painter Classic.

Awful? Hm, maybe, but it's a logical thing to do1
I always appreciate such not-written scenes, if they aren't too much against Tolkien's original idea - and this really isn't.
I feel I should write something about qualities of the picture, but I'm not sure what to point out... so just let me inform you, that I like it1

I think the proportions are wrong and the shading is off making them appear to be giants to the mountains its a good concept though i like
