--'Simple. It changes shape and texture to conceal itself,' Sereth smiled at the simplicity of his explanation... -- an excerpt from me book, heheheheh... COPYRIGHTed though folks. This is my first *finished* whole body render of a chameleon. Darn evil critter. Youchy claws. This is half of a battle scene I have planned between two of these squabbling things. They were starved and are fighting over some random kid- to eat of course. Chameleon concept is copyright (Melissa Anderson, me- duh!)

The body structure of your 'creature' is fantastic, but why does it only have teeth on one side of its head?

:-) JV Different replies: "Well...this was actually quite a small sketch...it would've been very fiddly and messy to put them in. Also, its head is directly side on- so maybe the other teeth are directly behind the first ones...constructive criticism much appreciated though! I'll definitely put in the other teeth next time."

*Shakes it up doing the first comment dance* The muscle structure and big sharp claws and teeth are fantastic! Looks like the tongue is about to whip out and grab that kid before the other chameleon has a chance to chomp it down.=^..^=

Very good work! I like its muscle structure and hands. This pic remind me one of my sculpture in my gallery, they share some part of body and action, if you want to see please visit and look at picture named "Attack"

:-) JV Different replies: "yeh I looked and I *can* see some similarities... well whaddya know? I've actually really taken a liking to drawing hands...as I think I can actually draw them! Thanks for commenting! 'Tis always appreciated! ^_^"

:-P I;d think he would have some trouble closing his mouth! LOVE the claws, great job with the muscle!

1 JV Different replies: "Well...heheh, a critter like a chameleon doesn't have much need for a *closed* mouth really...open mouths are so much more useful... XD. Yea- them claws are a personal favourite feature of these guys. Those and the teeth and tongue, heheh. Thanks muchly for commenting! ^_^"

And to think that I'm afraid of dogs...

1 JV Different replies: "Oh yuss...the chameleons are out to get you! The dog-shaped ones! lol Thanks for commenting!"
