So, you draw when upset, bored, or restless... ever try it in a GOOD mood? 12 I'm ribbin' you, but just so you don't wait for a foul mood to create some more beautiful stuff! Or if that's what it takes, then I'm critiquing you unfairly to PUT you in a bad mood, so you'll draw more. Take your pick!

Thank you everyone for your encouragement.

Tristan: *G* I try my best. The mood to work comes in fits and starts, but its strongest when I am emotional, and when I'm upset I try to channel the ire into something more constructive than hurting others, whether emotionally or otherwise. If I'm happy, I'm usually doing something thats making me happy 2

Of course, then there's those days, when it's 11 PM, I have work the next day, and I'm struck with an overwhelming urge to draw. *G*

We're baaack! I'm just making time untill the Upload button gets working again, but I've updated the descriptions on a few pages, and I'm still trying to get the thumbnail for a piece I uploaded before the shutdown to show up... 10

If anyone out there knows whats wrong or how to fix it, *tell* me! Please!

My boys were surfing the net when they discovered some "awesome" drawings by Emily Smirle. Knowing this was my maiden name they asked, "are we related?" I was intrigued and went to your site. Wow, awesome was right! and I suspect from your writing style that you must be related! Too similar a style to ignore. So if you recall a Robert Smirle, and if your Mom is L, sister is A, and Dad was J...then yup...you're a long lost cousin. If I'm right, please get in touch!!!! My kids would love to meet the artist and I'd love to re-connect!
