SciFi and Fantasy Art The Candytuft Pool by Ngaire J Snow

Here she is again…, {after having a bit of a make-over) at last! My dear (little?!!) Fatty Fae in all her glory once again having a delicious dip in the above mentioned pool. At least, she’s just about to! It’s a hot, hot summers day & this tiny secret grove of Candytuft flowers &, believe it or not, Parsley, is in my back garden some distance from the house & quite darkly overgrown except for this little patch where the sun shines through. She loves it there. Background is my own photo & Fatty was drawn with the mouse & coloured etc. in Photoshop.

25 Apr 2008	Megan	Loading... Woah! This is wonderful!! I really love the background, very pretty and crisp. Her wings are just lovely. I think its cool that this faery is shown to be a little chubby, since most fae drawings are so steriotypical. Very cool. Ngaire J Snow replies: "I hope this message reply thingy works.
