The witch Dreigna and her mysterious protector are getting ready for a summoning of the elders. Two of my characters for the story of Aihylen. 18 hour work

Wow, that looks great! I’m impressed with your skills in the art. I like everything from how her hair is done to the shading of her skin to the blind companion. Nice work. The tree seems a bit eerie which ads a lot to the feel of the drawing!

Fabulous , gosh what a lovely drawing
the 2 characters are fascinating , her protector looks so patient ,
im trying to figure out why he’s blindfold
maybe he’s all attuned for hearing danger approach
she seems to be quite content to wait and work with her threading
she is such a beautiful woman , hope she’s a nice witch
love the seat and the twisty tree , they all make an intriguing atmosphere
would you like to do a commission , an illustration ?

:-) Sofie Lidén replies: "You are quite right, he is blindfolded so he can react faster to any incoming danger. After the training years, the guardians can take off their blindfolds because then sight will help them sense the future, but before that, their master believes it will only distract them from their duty.

wow, that bench is just great2!!! even though at second sight it reminded me a tiny bit if the ancient wooden toilets;-) the shading is amazing, it’s a very good picture!

:-) Sofie Lidén replies: "Haha! Ancient toilets.. ^^ well, I don’t remember where I got the inspiration to draw that kind of bench, but I already had the image in my head.. that’s kind of disturbing actually when I think about it, hehe.
