This is the dreamcatcher when it started to work .  It's bright light flashes in tune to the dreamers nightmares until it captures the source of the dangerous emanations....or in this case a lost Unicorn.  It seems that saving Acenea from his desperate situation is more important than catching a nightmare.    It might also be good for the old sorceress, since she's going to need a little extra magic on this journey.
