Just a sketch of the eye of an dragon. The whole sketch is bigger but not that interesting.

It could be taken as either a human eye or any other creature, but the drawing itself looks good. Maybe next time darken the pupil, the dark part of the eye, and keep the white catchlight.

:-) Saskia H. Suurling replies: "I’ll kee your tp in mind the next time I draw an eye. Thanks."

I actually want to say that i think it’s neat that the dragons eye has some human qualities to it. It’s a mark of intelligence. Great job!!

:-) Saskia H. Suurling replies: "Dragons are intelligence in my opinion. Thanks again."

I do like eyes. If I get the eyes right the rest of the drawing works. Lovely!

.....yeah love everthing with drakes1 but its like you put a mix between humans and dragons fused into one massive Darachoniod "Homo Draco"human dragon love those...will mkae one some day but maybe you should add abit shade on the drawing some contrast aah ive knwon that stupid contrast still have some problems with it1

:-) Saskia H. Suurling replies: "Meet "Draco sapiens". Thank you for you friendly comment, I did want to write a longer reply but some nice person has commented so much on my guestbook and now I have to reply to all of that. *lol*"

I love the eye. What an interesting way to portray a dragon with the horns/spikes and the brow area. It makes it look almost human, like a morph. Very nice.

:-) Saskia H. Suurling replies: "There are more people who say it looks a bit human. It may looks nice but I’m just not able to draw a proper dragoneye. But I’m happy that you like the result."

oh nice, i love it. I think it would look more lovely colored though. Very nice.

:-) Saskia H. Suurling replies: "Thanks. Maybe I colour it someday."
