You did an excellent job on the hair and eyes and overall structure of the head, however, i think a couple of this could be changed to make this an awesomer pic than it already is. For one, the shoulders are a bit too square. The second is the neckline of her shirt, it seems too plain but that is fine. I think that the wings are a bit awkward for this pic, it seems that you drew this beuatiful girl then slapped on some wings to make it fantasy. I would recomend changing the position of the wings, to make it look more like a part of her body. Thats just my 2 cents. Great pic!
