Your work fills me with hope that art still exists in the expression of the human soal, it is pleasing to gase upon and brings me to contemplate my own art. i only hope that as you are working hard as an engineer you realise what talent you really have as an artist. my advice as someone who will always see himself as a student of the world is to pursue a carrier in the type of art you enjoy. It is never to late to change your carrier for your passion but don't leave it to long as when you do change you will regret not doing it along time ago. Stop whining please. Youre a good artist and Im sure you know that but only wanting to hear compliments is childish. If you make a good picture that takes alot of time to finish and you make a tiny mistake that you might not even have noticed yourself, getting and most of all accepting feedback from others will help you not make the same mistake on your next piece so you will improve.
Dont be childish and take criticism as the other ppl around here do. Besides , I think someone already mentioned it but seriously , if you dont want to be critisized then why post your drawings on Elfwood ??

I think you should be a cartoon artist for a tv show. I have a drawing idea for you. think of this 8 different women all 18 year old girls that are very wickenly powerful that are very sexy and have never been to a real witch wickening and are to be betrothed to the most powerful families in a great kingdom but all fall in love with each others betrothed and secretely switch and fight evil all the time.
