I love PODW!!! I used to watch that show all the time. It still comes on sometimes on Satellite T.V. A channel called Boomerang hosts it every now and then. I loved the episode where Tula used her powers to control the enemy's dragons. That was cool. Tula is cool!!!! ^_^Yep--it's got it twice Sundays and once Monday afternoons. 19) Apparently some other satellite channel carries it as well...I'm tempted to put air dates for the show in all the PoDW images' descriptions just to make sure people know it's still on. *grin* And thank you! Tula does rock. 19)

I am a big fan of this show and wonder if there are websites about this show. If you like this show, you might like a show called Thundarr the Barbarian.*points up to her profile* I shamelessly plugged my own Dark Water site, if you'd like to take a look. ;o) And I used to really like Thundarr when they played it on Cartoon Network in the afternoons--unfortunately I don't remember much about it (except for there being a cool, kind of know-it-all lady, and one scene where Thundarr's wondering what a "movie" is, and the opening with the runaway planet/moon), but it was a great show.

Great drawings of pirates of dark water could you do one ofjust Ioz sometime he's my favorite.2Thanks--and sure, I'll give it a try. 19) I really suck at drawing anybody besides Ren and Tula, but that's pretty much due to lack of practice. ;o)

This guy has videos of Spartakus and the sun beneath the sea, he also has Mysterious cities of gold and Count Duckula for the 80's-obsessed child in all of us.

BTW, i loved dark water when it was on, our channels here don't run it anymore. MonkeyBirds Rock!Oh cool, thanks! I know some friends who are dying to see Spartacus again. And PoDW isn't really on TV anywhere, unless you get Cartoon Network's spinoff channel Boomerang. Thanks for the comment. 19)

Are you telling me that The Pirates Of Darkwater wasn't something my fevered brain dreamed up? It was real. Well it's nice to know that I'm not mad. I stopped by to look at Luke ESB, an excellent piece. I shall now see what your other gallery is like.Thank you! And nope, PoDW wasn't just a fever dream. ;o)

Dont you watch anime hello yu-gi-oh inuyasha trigun come on man!Wow. You actually think that the "annie-may" on Cartoon Network and Kids WB is the only stuff worth watching? Yes, I'm a fan of several anime series (pronounced "ah-nee-may"): Cowboy Bebop and Full Metal Alchemist and Rurouni Kenshin (all of which I watched the Japanese versions of WELL before they came to American TV)--hard-core, heart-wrenching, deep stuff. And there's so much more quality animation that doesn't come from Japan--have you heard of Belleville Rendez-vous, from France? Or The Pirates of Dark Water, from the US? Since it seems that you like to limit yourself to what's on cable TV and try to belittle people who actually think outside the box, I guess not, and it's your loss. I do fan art of things I'm a fan of, and there's SO much more out there besides Japanese animation. Get off the computer and go watch the stuff that's actually worth watching.

What else should I say... I was watching Pirates when a little girl, and it was one of my fav. cartoons. I was mad with monkey-birds back then.
Your gallery made my heart beat faster. So much memories... I eager to watch this brilliant animation once again, but... At least I have 'Pirates of the Dark Water' game for Sega to play 2
