Tag As FavoriteComment		She is my newest sculpture... and my favourite so far. Maybe I should think up a name for her. =^^= I gave her much more thought and planning than I have with any sculpture before, and making her took weeks... probably because I got sick of scales for a while. ^^; But now I´m planning of doing another faerydragon for Ropecon, Finnish rpg-event. We´ll see if I get anything done. =P

The dragon was done of clay and wire, then painted with watercolours and a lot of nailpolish. Mane is done bits of peacock-feathers, and she holds in her feet a green marble. Her wings are cutted from Overhead projector sheet (if that´s which you call them... I´m not sure) then painted with clear nailpolish and a silver gelpen. She´s very cute when her wings move in the wind like she´s really flying... and I love her lively eyes, she looks like she could blink them at anytime. =^^=

The use of peacock feathers is nice, and you've painted the dragon (and made it too) really well - I feel like it's going to burst into life at any moment and fly away! Well deserved Mod's!

Oh, wow... I would like her hanging in my window, the sun reflecting from her lovely wings and skin. It’s one of the most beautiful dragon I’ve ever seen, it makes me happy!
