I reworked some of her hair and her elbow, wasn't happy with it!

She is dancing for the joy of it all, a young elf girl still a child, and nothing to spoil her young life. Yes there are elf ears behind those flowers, I assure you. I just felt that she would look better with a bit more colour and something in her hair. This started as a skin and hair practice picture, but after how much time and effort I've put into it, I think it deserves it's place in my gallery!

Wow! If I was with some gypsies and they where having a carneval, I would expect to see her steal the opening dance. I love it!

:-) Steph Steph Salt replies: "Now she just needs a name, any ideas? 2"

This is unbelieveable!!! *falls over in shock and dies, then remebers shes an elf and gets up again sheepishly*...ahem....I think a good name for her would be Amaurea Vanyë or Vanyë Heriwen, since she is an elf. In Quenya (high elvish) this means "beautiful dawn" and "beautiful lady", respectively.
(**Vanyë- beautiful, Amaurea- Dawn, Heriwen- from 'heri'~lady/maiden**)
just a few suggestions........;-)

:-) Steph Steph Salt replies: "Thank you Emma I think Amaurea Vanyë would be a wonderful name for her. I'm honoured that a speaker of Quenya would stop by and praise my poor attempt at art 2 Thank you."

She's cute. I think her hair turned out really well, but man, it must be a pain to have that much hair.

:-) Steph Steph Salt replies: "Thank you Magaret, sorry my reply is so late 8"

I love the look of the blue against the orange... Complementary colors are fun! This is one of your best--it's so fluid and highly contrasted... Keep up the good work!

:-) Steph Steph Salt replies: "Thank you Jennifer, sorry I am late replying to your lovely comment. If I don't do this straight away I forget.I am having one of my rare sort out days, and spotted a lot of comments that I had either missed or forgotten about."

I like that hair. So flowing, so blue. It's got a Hawaiin feel to it. Or at least polyneasian.

:-) Steph Steph Salt replies: "Thank you S, that was the intention, I am pleased that someone has noticed without me adding that to the description. 1"
