''Eons ago, when the Universe was still one with the Waters,
Tyamaat-Eshgagul, Mother and Father of the Universe, gave Apokryltaros the task of dispencing Law to Those Who Dwelled Within the Waters.
And so, Apokryltaros ruled supreme over all.''

''When the Universe separated from the Waters,
Bringing Life beyond the Waters,
Thus, creating Those Who Dwelled Above the Waters,
Apokryltaros was angered beyond reason.
So, Apokryltaros vowed to devour all Those Who Dwelt Above the Waters.''

''So, Gisnigaan, He Who Was Born of The Eye of Tyamaat-Eshgagul, Guardian of Those Who Dwelled Above the Waters,
Grasped His Spear of Wind,
And cast Apokryltaros into the Land of Shadows And Ash,
Where It slumbers.''

I'm hesitant to leave a nice comment for you considering the offensive comments you left on my page heaves a huge sigh But, alas, I can't ignore ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE work so I guess I'm forced to leave a comment that says "WOWZERS!!!!" I like this one a whole, whole, whole bunch. Especially the electic shock energy stuff around his horn but the whole thing is REALLY good. I like how the colors on this one are so much richer than on the previous. It's utterly breath taking (even if he is a scary sea monster thing that enjoys devouring human flesh).
26 Jan 2003	Zachariah Campbell	Loading... Hard to argue with the power of a triadic colour combination (red,yellow,blue). It's and especially nice mix of shades here, and the electric horn is sweet. More than in the other deep horrors, the bold colours in Apokryltaros tend to help define his form, and the effect is strong enough that it doesn't have to fight so much with the background. Nice.
2 Mar 2003	Stephanie	Loading... You make this drawing thing look easy. It's terffic, I love this and your use of colors are breathtaking. Just a suggeston but maybe you should color them all, if it is going to turn out that good.
