The Injasura are 12 beasts of unimaginable power. According to legend, they seal a gate that leads to the realm of the Daityas. In order to forbid mortals from entering this place, and the Daityas from entering our world, the Gods used the lifeforces of the Injasura to bar the gate. It is said that each of them draws strength from one of 12 sacred stars.

Shukunaru, The Divine Malison, is the 1st of the Injasura. He corresponds to the star, Annatara. Shukunaru wanders about, searching for those possessed of divine favor. He judges them to see if they are truly worthy of the Gods' respect. Typically by way of 'trial by fire,' or some other, equally unpleasant circumstance.

It looks kind of like he's speared a couple of frogs with his tail and now they're hanging there all dead and oozing. But hey, I haven't had my eyes checked in about a year so my glasses could be playing tricks on me...... :-P
(I'm really just trying to goad you into getting one of your monsters to bite my head off. It hasn't happened in sooooo long and I'm starting to miss the feeling of terror just before I hear my skull go *crunch*. That and these headaches are getting on my nerves and the easiest way to get rid of them probably is to have my head eaten by one of your creations.......yup)

I like this one, I've always loved lizards since the first time I saw Godzilla.
I must say that I certainly wouldn't want to be judged by this guy.
*LOL* Stanton! This world you have created!
It's brutal to say the least!!! =]

:-) Stanton F. Fink replies: "Yes, it's brutal... Yet, elegant. Like, a rain of crystal shards, or a forest of fire coral."

Ah! I had been wondering which was the first Inajarasura! (In a jar of syrup?) He's a very nifty looking lizard; Er...Dragon. (He won't be offended by being called a lizard, will he?) Wow..those toes are mighty long. Does he still manage to get around all right?

You didn't think that the dead frog comment was funny, eh?

Well, now that I don't have my glasses on (mostly because I can't find them at the moment) they don't look like frogs anymore.......

more like skinless chickens....

I actually owned a lizard that looked simmilar to tghis one. I especially like the toes, but one would think that they would be prone to breaking. I also like the whip-like tail, it reminds me of an iguana.

:-) Stanton F. Fink replies: "He doesn't remind you of a whiptail?"

Actually he does, now that i look at him, i only mentioned an iguana because i used to own one. (poor little "Concrete" didn't live to long...) I especially like his tail actually. It could probably do some rather serious damage considering the fact that, knowing that he's one of your creations, he's probably the size of a semi truck.

He's quite pretty - I love his toes and tail, but I had trouble at first, distinguishing where his head was.

Trial by fire: it works really well but it's a little rough. But you'd have to care about the people doing the complaining, first...

Thought the picture is mostly true, there are some details you left out artist. For I have seen this world, power beyond power they have.Of course, my goodman boy, you fail to realize that the Injasura are not of this particular world.
