The Injasura are 12 beasts of unimaginable power. According to legend, they seal a gate that leads to the realm of the Daityas. In order to forbid mortals from entering this place, and the Daityas from entering our world, the Gods used the lifeforces of the Injasura to bar the gate. It is said that each of them draws strength from one of 12 sacred stars.

Vatamayura is the Wind's Shadow, and is the 9th Injasura. He draws his strength from the star Nekon Gavzra. No soul has witnessed the beauty of his song and remained unmoved. Vatamayura is gleeful as he moves across the land, leaving destruction, chaos, and his song echoing in his wake.

Neat idea... does the song leave people incapable of noticing all the destruction?

:-) Stanton F. Fink replies: "No. It's so hard not to notice the ground crumbling beneath you."

It's story reminds me of this one Dragonball Z comic I read about where Majin Buu gets this new feeling of purpose and happiness, so he goes off and happily destroys a cityWas that before, or after his puppy got shot?

I love this guys horns, and his collar/necklace. One question though, would it be safe to listen to a recording of his song. or would it have the same effect as a live performance?

:-) Stanton F. Fink replies: "Not really... Aside from ruptured eardrums."

Just wondering, was this feindish fellow inspired by stories of early unicorns? I can't remember anything about them singing, but they were supposedly rather bloodthirsty creatures. But for some reason, i doubt that a fair maiden could calm Vatamayura down, unless he stopped destroying things for a second so he could eat her. (but thats just my opinion.)

:-) Stanton F. Fink replies: "Vatamayura was based off of a shadhahvar, not a karkkadon."

Cool - I love it's dual horn things... Forgive me if they have a real name, but I'm tired and have been commenting here for more than 2 hours ^_^ *I also like Vatamayura's coloring - well, shading perhaps, is the better word*

Unicorn gone terribly wrong... but oh it feels so right...

:-) Stanton F. Fink replies: "It's just like eating pudding in a jacuzzi."

Hmm... leaves chaos, destruction and it's song echoing in it's wake? Like a Brittney Spears concert, i reckon. *lmao*

The only way Brittney could move me is towards a phone to call 911... XD

I dig it. Just lemme know what colours you'd like, if you have anything specific in mind.

Wow, so its a bit like me, sings to much and and lets the world get destroyed by the stampeding millions who run away from my singing.

That is lovely art. Cool ideas too.
