| 25 Jul 2009 | Alanna Nöelle Stokes | Loading... yeah God’s grace is infectious, guess what, before i strayed from God i broke up with my bf, and because of that i believe i strayed, now i am back on track, my bf apologized for what happened, and told me that he made up with God, and is a Christian, i was so amazed, i asked him back he said yes, i was so happy, so now i have the perfect life, at least for now, a christian bf, a happy family, and great friends like you  hehe, have fun writing, everything you write is amazing, loving all of it, glad that you are doing well....hope that you can get everything up-to-date and that it works out wonderfully David Michael replies: "Glad to hear things have been going well for you, and I hope they still are. Just be sure that Christ remains the absolute center of all your relationships -- that is the only way they will work. You must constantly be striving after Him, and so must your boyfriend, otherwise there is danger in putting your own desires before God’s. It is always tougher than you think, especially since passionate emotions do tend to cloud one’s judgment. Just talking from the observed experiences of many people around me. Once I start having schoolwork and such deadlines to schedule my time, I often end up more able to work on other things, like stories and Elfwood upkeep. When left lazily to my own devices, I tend to gravitate to things easier than glorious creativity. So I’m crossing my fingers that I can return here again in full force fairly soon!" | |

David Michael replies: "University. So I probably won’t be here "full force" for quite some time, I guess, though I’m slowly working through un-replied-to comments. Papers and degree theses and research do take priority over Elfwood, though. Occasionally I move back into some fiction, in bits and pieces, but no telling when new stuff will be up here.
