dragon sculpture...!!! You know, I too have just finished a dragon with clay! I really would like to know how did you make the scales!!!!!Did you put clay piece by piece or did you carve scales directly on the head??? Thank you a lot for your answer! Chris Mills replies: "lexie - he’s made of Super Sculpey and he was done the hard way by carving the scales once he was baked - DO NOT try this if you value you sanity! Broken scalpel blades, sliced fingers and hours and hours later he’s still not finished. Still, I’m very proud of him and will post shots once he is which won’t be too long now - got an exhibition in November so he’s got to be. Many thanks for the comment." | |

You are so lucky to work in a castle, but I would assume that’s why all your art so unique. Not many people have such constant stimulus to the fantasy aspect of their brain. I figure there’s not a lot of help I can offer through constructive critisism and such, so I’ll just parrot everyone else by saying how wonderfully detail and realistic your artwork is.
