I truly love the colours, as it has been said before, you have a true eyes for combination. But (there is always a but) I just wanted to say, that the two figures do not have that Egyptian feel. Osiris has more of a Central American look and Isis has a Native american look. This is a fairly insignificant detail but you siad that you are doing Egyptian-esq so I thought I would point it out. But still this does not detract from the loveliness of the piece.

| 20 Jun 2003 | Silvermoon | Loading...Consitering that I am the reincarnation of Osiris and my girlfriend is Isis and I know what we looked like umm well that is not us I should have green skin will the crown of thibes in my head....... Stefanie Dawn Johnson replies: "If you are the reincarnation of said deity, you should know better than anyone that Osiris's skin did NOT turn green until AFTER he was chopped up. Unless he was an Egyptian era teenage mutant ninja turtle. You tell ME, o' great Osiris. " | |
| 17 Sep 2003 | Shannon Nick Graves | Loading...It's beautiful! I adore Egyptian style art and this was no disappointment. As with all your works the colors are just eye popping. Wonderful job. | |
| 29 Sep 2003 | Horus | Loading...Uh, yeah. I agree with the artist here, silvermoon....or should I say "Osiris". Heh, I know A LOT about Egyptian myrthology and his skin was only green after he decended into the Underworld. READ THE STORIES!!!! Oh, and I love the pic! My absolute compliments to the artist!! Stefanie Dawn Johnson replies: "Ah, thank you so much, Horus. After reciveing so many comments on the piece, I decided to go do my homework, so to speak. " | |

Or do you just like to say that nice things are stupid? Stefanie, I really like your drawings! They've amazing colours and are very well drawn ^-^(sorry for my bad spelling ) And I think it's great that you use a lot of myths in your pictures, I've always liked those stories ^-^ Keep up the good work!
