	I love Acrylic love it! It's like water color, gouache and oil paint rolled into one. So I did a little portrait of my new joint comic projects main character Mordred. (Of king Arthur legend) I was pretty happy with this one, and yes I did notice he's missing an eye. Original size - 8 x 4 inches Acrylic and water on cold press Illustration board, India ink

I read "i am mordred" by nancy springer when i was little, and fell in love with him! I felt so sorry for him, and your picture is lovely, he looks so sad and beautiful...I can't believe more people haven't commented on him!
24 Jan 2006	Anonymous	Loading... Yeah, acrylics are wonderful. You can do so much with them, whereas with watercolors or maybe oils, you're stuck with one look the whole time. Love how you did this. If you made the part where his eye should be, it'd probably look better, but I think it looks great just the way it is =D
