Vediá lye Deveras (Hello and Welcome),
Ma noré nüs (I am) Cate and I am 22, living in Alaska. Starting at 13, I have spent many years writing and working on a story that one day I hope to publish. I once finished the first book -- come to realize that the first half of the story had an entirely different conflict that eventually became ignored. So, I returned to the first half of the story to write a whole new prequel for my intended project. The new story is finally finished, and I hope one day to get it published. There isn't much artwork up for this new first book. But there is plenty of art from the original story, and there are even some scenes and chapters drawn out that no longer exist. However, I am glad to have gone back and started the prequel.
And please make note: some discriptions attached to the artwork are old and outdated, dating back to as far as 2008. I would edit them, but that would require me going through each and every picture and personally I would rather make a whole new gallery instead.

| 29 May 2011 | Emile Midnight Sun Clark | Loading...you have a stunning gallery here- i havent seen many here translate their pictures to a story so well Cate Baert Miller replies: "Yay! I love to hear you that you like what my pictures tell. A lot of what is written in the older ones are worded oddly, but I just threw them together to get the pictures up. The ones I recently add were much more put together with a little more patience. =) Thanks!" | |
| 7 Jun 2011 | Mathew teague | Loading...Hey, nice art, I like ’Relax’, it’s really well photo-shopped, or GIMP’d or whatever program you use... And ’Torin Shale the Minion’ is pretty awesome too. Cate Baert Miller replies: "’Relax’ is so old, I don’t even know what program I used. It is the oldest picture in my gallery that I kept around. I was debating on taking it off, but refrain." | |
