| 9 May 2001 | Mary Harrison | Yes, amazing story concept. I would love to see this finished. ::can't ever finish her own works:: 540 years old, hmm?? I'll see what I can do about font sizes. ^_^ | |

| 14 Mar 2003 | George Chang | If u be naught of jesting, then i wud feint...Such incredible masterpiece shud b left for it to lie until the language is rotten from it, and imagination wud b only a faint spark against the arisin storms? The sea is only fine compared to the ocean...Nay, now's the time, and once it b finished, and so b thy seek for fun rest settled for once...That wud bring great blissfullness, and if u b searchin for more of that enjoyment, then let ur thoughts burst out its dam and flood wildly across all that is not fantasy!! Steve Bowen replies: "I'm not sure if this is compliment or not, but I'll err on the side of personal vanity and say thanks!" | |
| 15 Aug 2003 | Anonymous | As someone who is a fan of Arthurian legend I can only say to continue the Glass Isle, for that is an amazing peice of work. I write medieval pieces on occasion, but I can only hope that I will equal your talent. | |
| 22 Sep 2003 | Aaron R. Maurer | Hey I grew up reading those many myths and legends as you. And I've always detested the french arthurian legends like Lancelot. Much prefering the tales of the Mabinogion. Oh great stories by the way. I like the round table ones the best. | |
| 6 Oct 2003 | Miguel Francis Ettema | Greetings Your mention of Hawk of Summer jolted from my memory another tale which, I hope, isn't unwittingly similar to yours... in fact, from what I have read of yours, it isn't. But the tale I am referring to is 'Hawk of May' from the trilogy 'Down the Long Wind' by Gillian Bradshaw (not on Elfwood - published writer); it is also set in the time of King Arthur's England. Not sure why I am bringing this up, but I feel it may have influence on you somehow... | |
| 20 Jan 2004 | Rivana | well, might as well give a comment here to. not exactly sure how the writer sees things at elfwood. well anyhow. this is developing into a masterpiece. I tell you that, and I do not give such praise to just anyone so heed it will you... I'm looking forward to buying this book one day so I do hope you keep on writing... best of luck to you!! *much love from a spellbound fellow writer* | |
| 1 Mar 2004 | James K. Bowers | After almost two years, I’ve been considering resuscitating “The Project” -- if so, would you be interested? I expect it would again operate in the same fashion as the earlier editions, and I will attempt to gather a group consisting of former contributors as well as “newbies”… If this sounds like “fun” to you, email me (or just drop by my Wyverns shelf) to let me know!
Steve, it has been quite some time since 'Last Hour' made its appearance in the "Death Knocks" edition of "The Project"... I hope you'll find the time to add your talents to the new mix of writers and artists I am trying to gather for these upcoming editions of "The Project"... | |

| 26 Sep 2005 | Anonymous <miri68@han...com> | Steve, Rowena wants to see you. She heard about your last post letter and wants to "search for" you as you said in the letter. We planned to take a trip to Malaysia in the coming winter, and tried to contact you. But when I called you in Malaysia today, I heard that you left your company and the country. I heard from your ex-colleague that you are in Korea now. I'm going to find you for your daughter. She seems to try to heal her wounds in her own way. I want to help her as much as I can. She just wants to see you. | |
