	It's Sailor Neko! This is one of the fan senshi created by Rini-channers. (She's from my SysterSyteSpryte group!) At first, I wasn't too sure about how it was gonna come out, but in the end, I like it! All the details were created by Rini-chan, and she's most proud of the boots...which ARE quite spiffy!
