	It's Sailor Oceana! (duh!) She's my friend Margaret's fan senshi. She has the power of water. (duh again...lol) I think her hair came out better than I expected (it's supposed to be a silvery white), and I really really like the background. (Don't ask me how I did it, 'cause I couldn't tell ya! lol)
