Lapis Lazuli is the conceited but brilliant lord of the island kingdom of Machra-la. Here everything is for sale, and a human's life or dignity isn't among the more valuable items...
Lazuli may seem as shallow-minded as a butterfly, fluttering from flower to flower, only seeking pleasure and joy from life. There are deeper and darker sides to him though; he's a most skilled politician, and can be a relentless enemy.
