Hoo, namesake! grins I love the proportions of the horse part of the centaur, its fantastic, and horses are generally pretty hard to do sob I like her expression too ^^ One thing, the raven looks pretty rough compared to the rest of the drawing... intentionally? Its proportions look a little skewy, but then birds suck ^~ Beautiful job, keep it up! Susan Mewhiney replies: "Cool! Someone NAMED raven commenting on my raven picture! I'm flattered! And yeah - birds suck to draw."

28 Oct 2004	Centaur gurl	Loading... it's truely a great pic but something has been bothering me. since all horses died out in the Americas in the ice age wouldn't that mean that there are no Native American centaurs? Maybe it's just me, i don't know.

The human/horse proportions looks perfect...in reply to "centaur girl", when the Spaniards came over they brought horses, and some were traded to the native americans, some got away, were stolen, etc. So the horses gradually took back over. I can't remember when exactly that was...13- or 1400s maybe? so it'd depend on when the centaur was born, I guess. but that's an interesting thought! =o)
