| 29 Jul 2004 | Dennis Drury | Loading...I like your art so I commented on a couple of your pics. I just wanted to cheer you on because you draw characters very well and you draw REALISM NOT ANIME. Lately it seems as if Elfwood is about 95% anime and I'm a big realism fan. If I could make a general recommendation: since you draw your characters so well, maybe the next step is putting two of them in a pic together so they can interact? Also, I think backgrounds would help set the fantasy theme.... Keep on drawing -- you are very good at it! Susanne Pavlovic replies: "Another thanks for your friendly encouragement. I'll try to get some characters together in one picture, think I ve got to learn that. Backgrounds will be the next step, I will have to practice *shudder* lucky that I'm still young, it will take a lot of time... ;o)" | |

Where in Germany do you exactly live? I would just like to know, because i come from munich, wihch i,s as you surely know, also in the south Susanne Pavlovic replies: "Hi, and thanks for your nice comment ;o) Putting two or more Characters in one picture, I'm on it, until now the results are not convincing but I'm working on it. Backgrounds *shudder*, well I think that will be the next project... I live near Bamberg, by the way. Greetings!"

I used to go to conventions in my youth, and will always have a fondness for it, I think.(Though I'm not so keen on voyager, and am going off Enterprise!) Susanne Pavlovic replies: "Yes I myself am a "old school" Trekkie, Captain Picard Fan. Perhaps somedays I open a fan gallery ;o)"

| 2 Sep 2004 | Barbara Rohrer | Loading...I very much like your gallery.. your characters have so much life... I wish I could put so much personality into my faces... although I do suspect you take more than just the occasional sneak peek at your own face? and.. following another comment.. yes.. it is nice to see realistic drawings... I enjoy them a lot more than the anime. Susanne Pavlovic replies: "Thank you, I'm happy you enjoyed your visit! It is quite a obsession of mine to study faces, I do this for many years and it helps drawing imaginary people." | |
