Very Interesting work, the computer painting is not bad, don't be afraid to play around with the coloring in photoshop, The angel wings are great, The elf's hair could use a little more contrast, I am not a big fan of cutesy art, but your dragon love is very cute and different. The creature, has a quality about it, the overall piece reminds me a little of Maurice Sendak's "Where the wild things are" the background and colors, the creature is different and posed nicely.

The personal picture is very good, bizarre, surreal, interesting. Keep working, spend an hour or so a day playing with different colors on photoshop, If you have Illustrator, I strongly suggest you learn it well, the program is excellent for coloring in line drawn artwork.
