I think you should work on making your eyes more dramatic - they're very good but they need drama! Really look at someone's eyes sometime - they're so complex and have such a cool shape. I think they need to be portrayed that way in drawings, too. I think you should do fancier backgrounds, instead of a single color background or a background that is a design.
