	How could I resist doing a picture of everyone's favourite Egyptian god? The scan didn't go so well, since a lot of things are outlined in metallic gold marker, which just doesn't look right in a scan. Just use your imagination... everything gold is actually shiny and glossy ^_~. This was made a gift for a friend who is pretty much obsessed with 'nubis.

Simms replies: "Actually, Anubis is primarily the god of embalming. Osiris is the god of the underworld.... which makes more sense anyway, since he himself is a mummy. ^_^Thanks for the comments!"

Oh, God, I hate myself for saying this - I am so sorry, I truly, truly am, please don't hit me - but jackals don't have bushy tails. cowers Aside from that, however, this is a very beautiful picture, extremely skillfully done, and I think your concept of Anubis is very appealing. ;-p
