Samantha is a highschool student hoping to one day flee the wastelands of Texas in search of a better life.
 
 
 
Basics: I was born in 1985 and live in a small town in hell... er, I mean Texas. I'm a religious relativist. My interests lie primarily in the arts (of course,) spirituality, religion, and culture. Most of my spare time is spent either online, sleeping, or drawing... not that I'm antisocial! I would love to go clubbing and whatnot, but the sad truth is there's just nothing to do around here besides taking in the occasional movie. I'm obsessed with finding beauty, whether physical or ethereal, in all things; which is something that (I hope) shows in my artwork. The world we live in is breath-takingly gorgeous, in most cases. Finding truly beautiful people takes a lot more effort, though. Sure, many people are nice to look at... but into most it is only possible to wade ankle deep.

About the Art: I'm currently on a Christianity kick, so there are likely to be a lot more Christian themed pieces in the near future (getting off my lazy butt and finishing the 7 deadly sins series would be nice.) Any colour pieces are done in Prismacolor markers, unless otherwise noted. Anyway, enough of my rambling, on to the art! Comments welcome, please stroke my ego. ^_^

i stumbled upon your gallery, and i just HAD to leave a comment. your style is so unique and refreshing, and i envy your sense of anatomy ^_^. There is being able to draw, and then theres being able to draw pictures that you actually want to look at. you definately are the latter. keep it up!
