Tag As FavoriteComment		Araikao, She who dances (in the new year). I painted this one almost in one night, I started it in 1999 and finished it a few hours later in 2000 (working franticly and praying to an assortment of gods that the power wouldn't go out (it didn't and I'm kinda disappointed ^_^)) Believe it or not this piece was painted on the front of an envelope (the top left hand black was painted partially on the plastic window and you can see part of the 'postage paid' stamp through the green scarf near her legs)

Eeeps! I only just noticed but if you look at the cloth near her legs you can make out 'Postage Paid' beneath the paint ^_^;

This a very beautiful picture, she's very graceful and the scarf is sweet, I can't draw folds in cloth for my life. Very good for painting, it looks really neat.
