This has no comments yet? People have no taste! Sure it’s only been up for two days, but still! But yay! For the first time ever, I get to be the first commenter! Woo-hoo! ***does a little first comment tango-thingie or whatever people do*** o_O
Now, onto the painting. THIS IS GORGEOUS! So many subtle details! I love it! I love the snow gum and and the owl munching on her hair. lol It’s probably not supposed to be funny, but I find the strangest things entertaining. I think my favorite part, however, is the tree behind her. It reminds me of a dogwood, for some reason, though it’s a far too thick for that. (While typing ’far too’ I didn’t space and wrote ’fart’. HA!!!) I also live in the South and our dogwoods are the skimp side.
This is altogether a lovely concept. I’ve heard the rhyme many times and never pictured anything to compare to this. You have great talent and amazing imagination! Keep up the great work!
Now I have to go see the other ones.
Oh, and please excuse my silly-ness throughout this comment; I’ve had a little too much caffeine today. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!
