SciFi and Fantasy Art Pestilence by Rowan Lee Hartsuiker

This is one of the four drawings for a Contest I am participating. With The Four Horsemen as the subject. It sounded too cool to let pass. This contest is held on www.Eatpoo.com, a wonderful Forum.
Pestilence, the bringer of sickness. Everywhere he comes, deadly sicknesses breaks out. People start dying in very slow way, infecting each other. He wears a generator on his back, which produces all kind of diseases and spread it at the same time. He also uses a gun like thing and syringes to do his job.

29 May 2004	Kelly	Loading... I do agree, the picture is very good, but I feel it gives disease and death too much of a material feeling. Though i suppose disease is quite often 'human made' these days. Rowan Lee Hartsuiker replies: "Jep, I had tons of ideas with this one. Maybe I will redraw Pestilence someday, just for fun. But then with a less mechanical feeling. Just some weird sick creature that produces all the sickness just in a more 'natural/organic' way."

30 May 2004	Penguins Moo	Loading... You can draw a rotting person w/ some kind of pesticide crawling in him holding someone by the shoulders. His mouth should be open and the fog coming out of it. The person he's holding should be screaming and looking up towards the heavens. My idea's sorta unorganized, but you get it Rowan Lee Hartsuiker replies: "So...for short you just want a...zombie? XD! Haha. Yeah, I see what you want. Hm, I think you'll see some sort of new Pestilence in my gallery someday. Jep, for sure."
