| 15 Dec 2002 | Lynn | Loading...I really like this picture. It is sad that people only realize things when it it put into terms of a threat to people. You can see the pain and sadness on her face, however, her face looks the least realistic of the drawing. Not positive why, but it looks flat, maybe a colored version or more shading on her face would help it look more realistic. Very good though, I enjoy the message. Teela Anne Stoll replies: "Thanks for you suggestion, I redid the face, though I'm not sure it looks any better than before. Oh well." | |
| 18 Oct 2003 | Martian Satan_imp@yah...com> | Loading...The face looks flat because it was drawn without any curve in mind, find a mirror and hold the pose of the chicks face for further understanding. Other than that it is a wonderful picture. And i didn't mean any offense by what i say, jus tryin to help. Teela Anne Stoll replies: "Thanks" | |
| 18 Feb 2004 | Janny | Loading...uh... I don't think the face looks flat, I think it looks fine, but whatever. She reminds me of dryads... she looks like a dryad that has been ravaged along with the land and her friends have been cut down and she's the only one left behind and somehow she must struggle on because she has to restore the land. Whoa... talk about a run-on sentence... =P Teela Anne Stoll replies: "Aww... a year later and this picture still makes me sad, especially when people write sad things about it. Thanks for commenting." | |
| 10 Mar 2004 | Hada Szabo | Loading...Nah i like the face it shows sorrow but maybe the shoulder, the right shoulder is a bit sticking out..dunno.. but i like it a lot and esspecially the trees/branches. Well done!! Teela Anne Stoll replies: "Hmm. There is definately something funny about the body, I dunno what. I did it without a reference, so I can't expect too much I guess. I'm glad you like the plants, they took me the longest to do. Thanks for commenting!" | |
