Yeah that basically sums it up right there, good work no comments? Come on now, that just doesn't add up. So yeah I love your work it's awesome, now if you'll excuse me I have to eat some Blueberry waffles.. hehe | |
| 25 Jul 2004 | Emily 'Smeagol' Allen | Loading...I just have to say that all of your pictures are incredibly well done..I like how they all seem complete- with a background, middle ground and foreground. I have trouble adding background. I don't like to do that unless I'm working on the computer. It seems that you manage very well drawing the way you draw. It seems less sketchy than some other things..I think it's incredible how they all seem so complete, no matter what. I love the picture of the creature titled 'Surprise' because it has incredible wings(a whole pencil?!) and the position of the lady. I don't think you have trouble with anatomy, except in 'The False Mermaid' her lips seem low, but I draw lips high on the face. I am not sure about noses either..how long or short they actually are. I would need to measure. I like the ideas-and like you said in your biography- I love color! ..So it was great to see a colored piece here. I am not one to color my pictures, except on occasion and sometimes they don't turn out too well anyway. But great job, and I hope that you'll add more pictures to your gallery! I would love to see some more color, maybe more experimenting with the length of the nose and how high the mouth is on the face..( I liked how 'a message' and 'the false mermaid' were so different in that respect) and more of your beautiful art in general! I can't believe I've only written the second comment. These are awesome! | |
