Not thick like muscle, but just thick in general. Lots of muscle is great but if you were going for realistic "female proportions" then her bone structure would generally be smaller. Thats not a put down, just an observation. The work is still great and there is quite a lot of tension and movement throughout this pic. The background is so nice and textured too.

I don't see anything wrong or unatural with a physically strong woman. I don't think the arms are thick at all. I have seen many modern female atheletes with thicker arms than that even. Anyway, I really like this work. It has a great pallete, awesome balance, and the background is stunning. It's just great. Keep up the good work! | |
