"Rahasia the Wild" by Steven G. Elmore

I really like the design of her armor, it's actually FUNCTIONAL as protection! You also have a good grasp for the anatomy - her eyes do look a little big for her face, but I figured that was intentional since she's an elfie ^_^ Excellent work on the cape too, fabric can be such a booger to do

The only little bits that stand out and detract from the quality of the drawing (in my non-professional opinion, mind you ^_-) is the unfinished state of some of her armor (shoulder harness and arm band) and the belt and bag around her waist. They're just so glaringly white and "under done" by comparison to the lovely fabric and her scale armor - even just a tiny bit of form shadow could help meld those into the drawing and really make it feel finished.

Great character design, her expression and poise does indeed make her look like the Queen of Elves. ^_^
