My name is Themis I was born at June 28th 1976, and I’m from Greece. I like drawing and have been doing so for as long as I can remember (as I can imagine almost all of you here at Lothlorien have). I have being playing board RPG games since 1994, which has been a great inspiration to me. I draw the characters, even the NPCs, and also encounters from my adventures. I read fantasy novels by R.A. Salvatore, Ed Greenwood, Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman, Paul Kidd, Elaine Cunningham, to name a few, and I also collect art books, or any picture I can find in the internet by Brom, Frank Frazetta, Keith Parkinson, Frank Cho, Boris Vallejo, Ben Caldwell, Wayne Raynold, Paul Bonner and many others. 25/12/2000. The following pictures are some of my older sketches, and are based on RPG board games and the Forgotten Realms World. I’m sorry but I haven’t scanned the most resent ones yet, but I will soon. Enjoy (01-07). 27/01/2001. I added some new pics today hope you like them (08-13). 19/03/2001. Today I added the characters from the arena of Tempus (some of my favorite sketches) (14-23). 28/03/2001. Finally my first colored sketch, made with Photoshop (24). 27/05/2001. Two new pics (25,26). 06/01/2002. Happy new year every one with some new pics (27-30). 23/04/2003. New art (31, 32). 07/10/2003. I’ve been away for some time now, and more specifically serving in the Greek army for 14 months. Now that this is out of the way and while searching for a job, I decided it was time for some new art. Enjoy (33-36). 29/5/2005. New art (37).06/04/2006. It has been a long time since my last update. The reason for that is that for a while I just wasn't happy with the way my art looked like. There was always something that I just didn't like, maybe It was just me, or maybe I wasn't in the right mood, but I wasn't happy with my work. Until recently when I came by a book by Ben Caldwell. I really liked his style, and the result is the last three pics (41, 42, 43). I like them a lot! It's a more cartoony Disney style. Tell what you think? And I'm guessing you don't because the way you draw is very marvel-like.
