Sigrid is a Norwegian student who loves elves and comics.

I am an 18 year old girl and I really don`t live in the real world. Well,that`s what my family says,at least. My English is not very good, please don`t mind...I have been drawing ever since I drew my first mermaid at 5. Since I read 'Elfquest' for the first time, I have been obsessed with elves,and I think I alwys will be. The world would be a much better place if they excisted... I want to be a GREAT fantasy artist one day (one can always hope!!), but I`ve never really learned to draw..That`s a problem.. But I do it anyway! I get inspired by music (Norwgian folk-rock band Gåte,Sigur Ros,Bjørk,Flaming Lips,Tori Amos,Joni Mitchell, Kaizers Orchestra etc.), comics (Elfquest, Sandman, Hellblazer, Lenore, Nemi, W.I.T.C.H.,Promethea, Books Of Magic and much more..),Norwegian and other nature and fairy tales. When I grow old, I want to be a grumpy old witch who lives alone in a old house in the middle of a dark forest, with my home entirely filled up with candy, comics, records and handsome men..
