SciFi and Fantasy Art Monarch Fairy by Aisha S. Thiessen

I did this with my new Prismacolor pencils! I'm not happy with it because I did one wing slightly down so you could see the whole antennea (Is that how you spell it?) but it ended up looking like I accidently made the wings crooked. ARRRGH!! The scan also came out looking kinda yellowish! And also the wings aren't ment to have so many sections (the orange parts) so it doesn't look too much like a monarch's wings.

11 Aug 2003	Tonifasic	Loading... Wow! I've never seen a drow-faery done with butterfly wings before! (At least a faery with butterfly wings!) You really shouldn't be so hard on yourself, it really doesn't look like you did a mistake. It's actually really good for something coloured only in pencil. ^_^ PS- one thing that I think really stands out - apart from the beautiful wings - is her butt. It's really shiny. O.O
14 Aug 2004	Kristina White	Loading... you know what, for some strange reason the ring on her leg looks like the ring from the Lord of the Rings movie, I don't maybe it's the engravings on it. Or you could just call me crazy. AAAHHHH! I'm listening to the Return of the King soundtrack. No wonder the ring looks the The One Ring of Power ARGH! That so freaky.....
