FINALLY!! I'm done!! That was soooo much work! My first time at coloring ANYTHING realistic! I've tried before but couldn't figure out how artists were able to draw realistically and realised that it's all in the lights and darks. (I'm so stuck on those nice clean black lines) This is a very very very blue pic. I wanted to express the feeling of depression so I used blue... kinda went a little crazy though. I can't quite figure out what color to use for the background instead. Any ideas?

8 Jan 2004	Sheri L Larrimer	Loading... Good job with the shading. The only thing that bothers me, is how grey his hair is. If you added just a little blue in the shadows of his hair I think that would help make it seem like it belongs in the picture. The wings pop out for the same reason, but that seems more intentional and doesn't bother me. Also, you did a really really good job with the anatomy. Anatomy's difficult, so kudos.

I mean, the tattoo is nice, but... um... it looks like a pair of eggs when you look at it closely enough-- not that I was looking at it really closely... a-- friend-- told me to say that looks away
19 Jul 2004	Shieva	Loading... hehehehe....i love the tattoo on his butt! I don't know what it does to the picture, but it definitely does SOMETHING! Anyways....i think that a background would take away from the picture. The shading of his muscles on his back gives it reality. Great work! 0_<
