The urge to write is like a feverdream. And I have been dreaming for most of my life. The most difficult part is to share your dreams with others. Well, here goes.
Do not hesitate to leave your comments below or on any of my stories, even if I know where you live :P. I am always grateful for constructive criticism.
About my stories:
Dark Prince - The story of a man who is set on a course to recover the throne that his family had lost generations ago. With the help of his brothers and the power over fire and earth, a unique source of magic thought only to manifest itself in members of the Dark Prince's royal family, he marches through the land towards the capital, conquering wherever he goes. Then he meets a young girl who is also gifted with the power.
A forest cat - Not all cats are of the four-legged variety. I am considering this story for publication so it might disappear from Elfwood in the near future!
Exercise in Dying - Sounds gruesome, is gruesome. This is the first of several short pieces of text where I try my hand at one of the most difficult duties of a writer: killing her own creation. Any feedback is highly appreciated.
In Carnia - This is a story from the Project Alternate. This is what happens when two realities meet. (I might not be able to put all the parts up on Elfwood due to restrictions.)
Hawk - The start of the Hawk-King Talon. This is as yet only an idea I am toying with.
Newest additions: (november 2005) Dark Prince part 39, revised chapters 1 to 3 of Dark Prince which used to be part 1 to 6.
That's it; I finally got lost in reading all those stories out there in the woods. So here's my trail of breadcrumbs:
Umbra, by Ute Fuerst but she's starving me right now. Please get writing!
Eve of Forever, by Stephan Calloway. I still don't know whether to treat Nikoli to a kick in the #$%#^ or hug him affectionately.
Larry Morris, the wood's watcher and mentor.
Kasaan, by Tom Solomons. I love his dragons...they seem so..human.
Black Paladin, by Edmond Barrett. Immortally black.
Stephanie Snyder, my personal motivator ;)
I will get back to you all but life's a winding path and I never can tell which way it will turn next...
