Gosh, I have to find something interesting to say here that will set me apart from the hundreds of thousands of other people on the Internet and if I fail then I will have been judged and found wanting merely because I can not make my life more interesting than it actually is! ACK! I can't take that kind of pressure!

However, I will say this: I would like comments on my stories, both bad and good, because writing can always improve (and I don't have to listen to you anyway :P). So, feel free to give a more in-depth critique. And title suggestions are always welcome!

Well, I had to delete 'A Gryphon Tale.' I've entered it into a contest and it can't be published anywhere online during the duration. If I don't win, I'll put it back up in May (when the time limit is up). I actually edited it a little anyway, so I'll be putting that newer version up. It I DO win then it won't be publishable until November, but (hopefully) it will get print-published by then. I'll keep you posted. I wanted to thank everyone who left such encouraging, wonderful comments on the story. I saved them all, to look at when I'm feeling down. +)

since you left me some nice comments i thought it only fair to leave you some.... i understand completely about not being able to end your stories but that doesn't mean i have to like it! i would LOVE to see more of the land of the green blade! you pull the reader in and then leave her hanging! you get her all interested in what happens next, and then there is no next! *whine* am i gonna have to stalk you?? (this is not an idle threat. i can come every week and leave messages that say "finish the land of the green blade" until you do. 4 )

*grin* Hey Tiffany...! Thankeeyou for the comments - made more sense to me than most. *Holds out a pink wicker easter basket of golden stars (they're chocolate, just so you know) that have "JevStartedThis" printed on them in tiny print across the middle (I couldn't take all the credit, would be untasty..)*

*takes gold star and munches* Mmm...thanks. +) Also, thanks for the comments, all of you. I'll have to start considering where to go next with 'Green Blade.' *brain starts humming*

Loved "Gryphon's Tale." 2 Reminded me of my big brother buying a German Shepherd puppy to pick up chicks, and now the beast is almost as big as him, as well as profoundly stupid...guess who takes care of him. ;P Well, great writing!

Hi! Thought I'd drop in to thank you for commenting on my work. You've got some really good stuff here! Keep up the good work. By the way, I just updated my spot (I'm up to 32, can you believe it? =) ) if you want to drop in again.

*a hamster dashes across tiffany's gallery, trailing a banner that reads "finish the land of the green blade, dammit!" a minute later he comes dashing back from the other side, this time trailing a banner that says "this message brought to you by your friendly neighborhood stalker."* you said i could stalk you, so i thought i'd give it a try. 4 i still want to know what happens....

Thank you all for your nice comments! They are extremely appreciated, trust me. +) Regarding 'Green Blade': while I do enjoy having my first Official Stalker (tm), I won't be doing any significant writing until this school semester is over. =( However, you're always welcome to stop by and leave a message or read through my other stories if you haven't yet <G>. I know they're long but...anyway, thank you all again. +)

I just finished both halves to a Gryphon's Tale and it was beautiful. You took the human condition and related it to loving something you could never own. An analogy could be a wild horse, one's art. Tamed it wouldn't be worth loving because you do not tame a friend, you do not slave one. Teelan...Great story and curse you for writing well! *snarl-snarl-grin* Visit sometime. I don't write nearly as well and thanks.

not everyone gets their own stalker, you know. 4 i came by to see if you'd added any more to the land of the green blade, and apparently you haven't, and i don't think i read the gryphon's tale before you took it down, and now i wish i had. *pout* i hate it when that happens.

Story update: 'Land of the Green Blade' is finally getting some work done. I figured out where I want to go with it and have just begun writing more. However, the story frame is being changed, it will be told in first person, still, but from a 15 year old Brittany, not a 28 year old Brittany. I will post my new beginning when I get it going. Thanks to everyone who commented on it and helped breathe life back to it! +)
