Omigod, you did Nanowrimo???? I totally admire you...I have been writing my novel for exactly 2 years now and I'm only just about to finish! Good on you, lass!!! What the hell, Ryan did it too??? Damn you determined peeps!!!

Anyway, I've got a little update...a random viking story, new poem and a new Reaper piece...if you're ever bored and looking for something to read.

Although, my novel isn't finished...I managed to complete just over 50,000 words of it in 30 days, but the story itself is not complete and I am still continuing it in my spare time. Hehe, two years isn't that bad, trust me; I've got a novel that I've been writing for six years! One of these days I'll be satisfied with it...

Sweet, another BC valley-an! How have you been liking the odd weather this year? Thankfully right now it's sunny out here, but who knows how long that will last XP. I don't have time to read now, since I'm "supposed" to be studying for my last final exam, but you've been bookmarked, so I will return after the fourteenth and leave lots of comments .

Oh man, I was nearly dying from stress and boredom - being unable to do anything but study, and my last exam was only on the 13th. I can't imagine how stir crazy you must be. Best of luck on your final exams! Mine went WAY better than I thought it would. I had hardly any questions where I wasn't 90% sure of the answer, which was great. The night before the exam I was completely panicking, thinking I was going to fail and that I didn't remember anything.

Now I have the next couple of weeks left of this month free before I head back to work at my summer job. I also found out that I have been accepted into the animal health tech program, so I'll be starting that this fall .... very excited ^_^

See, inviting my to come and chat is a dangerous thing Just wait until all my crazy assortment of characters hear about this place - they tend to run rampant around EW. Well, I'm going to see if I can make any progress in getting rid of my writers block ... I was going to try my own nanowrimo challenge this month since I finished my last exam, but I've got to get rid of my writers block first

What do you do for your summer job? I work at Value Village, it's pretty sweet. I get 50% off LOL it's awesome.
That's fine if your crazy characters want to run around here, just be sure to warn them about my giant leprechaun because he eats pretty much anything, despite his cultured intelligence.
Also, do you do nanowrimo every year?? 2006 was my first time doing it and it was hectically (is that even a word?) awesome! I'm going to try and do it every year now; maybe we can be nanowrimo buddies and encourage each other through November!

Heh heh, I'm supposed to be sleeping, but I don't think that's going to be happening. I finally got a story that I think might be able to make it for Nanowrimo ... but then again, my muses are good at killing an idea in the middle of writing it . I have never tried nanowrimo before, I just heard about it this past winter, and missed it by a month or so. But I decided I was going to do my own nanowrimo challenge this month, starting after I finished my last exam. Unfortunately november is such a hectic month with school that I don't think I'll be able to do nano justice then. But if you wanted to join me in trying one out now, I'd love to. I'm thinking about starting in the next two days or so. But I think I might start doing a summer nanowrimo every year, if I can finish this one off that is .

I work as a supervisor at the local outdoor pool. It's nice to be able to work outside, you get a pretty sweet tan, but it is a little hot.

I'll be sure to warn them about him. Well, all except Natalie that is, because it'll be fun to see her try and fight with him *gives an evil grin in Natalie's direction* that one has an attitude that could come down a few notches.

To me it is anyway, but all the power to you for finishing your own nanowrimo! I might not do it this year because I'll be taking more classes so it might be pretty stupid to also take on NaNoWriMo haha.My last exam was in Philosophy *shudder* I hate philosophy lol but it was a breadth requirement so I had to take it. Oh well, all done now! Cool, that must be fun working at a pool. I'd love to work outside. Yeah, I'm going to be super busy this coming up semester, so there's no way I'd be able to do it any time other than summer. Which I don't mind, I love writing, and it makes me get my butt in gear and get stuff down on paper, which I still have to figure out if I've written enough for today.

*shudders* I've never taken philosophy and I never want to. It's something that definitely doesn't appeal to me. But at least you're done it now. Congrats on finishing your last exam

Well, I happened upon your gallery whilst browsing the humor section (pirate story :: thumbs up :: ) Based on the two I have read so far, I would say you have a nice way of writing, both tales were just plain fun to read... sooo, I shall surely be back to read some more!
